We have chosen to homeschool our children, and as tiring as it can be, it is deeply rewarding to teach them not only the curriculum but also emotional wellbeing, a connection to our environment, and the value of physical work.

We could turn our business into an industrial process and make much more money, but we have chosen a slower pace of life where our connection to our food source and our family time remain sacred.
