Eligibility
• Open to existing customers only.
• Customers must have placed at least four paid orders before the offer start date.
•Offer applies to home delivery customers within the normal delivery area.
How to qualify
• Customers must sign up to an ongoing subscription (weekly/fortnightly).
• Payments must be made on time and in full via our website.
The £10 veg reward
• The reward is £10 worth of veg added as a one off extra to a single future order.
• The reward will be allocated to the customer as a one-off token to be used within 3 months.
• No cash alternative is available. The reward cannot be transferred to another person or used to cover delivery charges.
Limits and changes
• One reward per customer under this promotion unless otherwise stated.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other introductory or loyalty discount, unless explicitly stated.
• The business reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, but will honour rewards already earned.

Eligibility
• Open to existing customers with an active or recent (last 3 months) order history.
• Referrals must be new customers who have not ordered before under any name, email, or address.
• Both referrer and new customer must be within the normal delivery area.
How the referral works
• The new customer must name the referrer at the time of first ordering.
• The new customer must sign up to a subscription and receive at least 4 paid subscription boxes within 8 weeks.
• All boxes must be paid for in full and not refunded.
The £10 veg reward
• Once the new customer has received and paid for the minimum number of boxes, the referrer will receive £10 worth of veg added as a one off extra to their next qualifying order.
• Only the referrer receives the £10 veg reward under this offer.
• No cash alternative is available. The reward cannot be transferred to another person or address and does not cover delivery charges.
Limits, fairness and misuse
• A referrer can earn rewards for unlimited successful referrals during the promotion period.
• The business may refuse to apply rewards where it reasonably believes the scheme is being misused (e.g. self-referral, duplicate accounts, same household).
• The business’s decision on eligibility and rewards is final.
