1.Introduction

These terms govern your use of our website and veg box delivery service. By ordering from our site, you agree to these terms.

2.Orders

Orders must be placed before Monday midnight for delivery the following Thursday. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (you will be notified and refunded if this happens). Prices and availability are subject to change.

3.Payment

Payment must be made online at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. If payment fails, your order will not be processed or delivered.

4.Delivery

Delivery is available to addresses within our published delivery zones. We aim to deliver on your chosen date, but cannot guarantee specific times. If you are unavailable for delivery, please provide instructions for a safe place or alternative recipient.

5.Quality and Freshness

We take care to deliver high-quality, fresh produce. Please wash all fruit and vegetables before use

6.Refunds and Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Perishable goods (such as fruit, vegetables, and other fresh items) cannot be returned unless they are faulty on arrival.

For valid complaints, we offer a choice of a refund, store credit, or free replacement in your next delivery. If you miss the order deadline, are unavailable for delivery, or provide incorrect details, we cannot offer a refund.

Under UK law, perishable goods are normally exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, but if there’s a delivery or quality issue, contact us promptly.

7.Box Amendments

We will ask each customer of two items of veg that they do not like /would like to opt out of receiving in their boxes. If these items are due to go in the set boxes, we will replace them with a similar valued item for those customers who have opted out of them.​ Because we rely on our suppliers for some produce, we cannot guarantee that goods advertised on our website are always available. If we do not have all the goods available in a “set vegetable box” then we will replace any items not available with a similar valued item of our choice. If we do not have any individual items ordered by you available then we will aim to replace the item with a similar item or we will issue a full refund of the item. If you do not want a replacement item then please request this in advance and you will be issued a refund.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 8am Tuesday for any orders set to be received the following Thursday. Orders cancelled after this deadline may not be refunded if produce has already been prepared or dispatched

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delay or failure if due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, supply issues, or courier disruption)

10.Use of Website, images and artwork

Reproduction or copying of website content, images and photography is prohibited except with our written permission

11. Our rights

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
