Kalettes! Other wise known as Flower Sprouts or Kale Sprouts. They are a cross between Kale and Brussels Sprouts. The plant is a highly nutritious vegetable that may be eaten as a crunchy raw snack or cooked. Only really gained popularity in the last 10 years or so.
